We are Untrodd Tales. We are building a digital experience that respects children’s imagination, and we believe our website should respect your privacy in the same way.

We do not sell your data. We do not track you across the internet. We only collect the information you explicitly give us (like your email address) so we can keep you updated on our launch.

2. What data do we collect?

Currently, we only collect information when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter:

  • First Name: So we can call you by your name, not a number.
  • Email Address: So we can send you the updates you asked for.

3. How do we use this data?

We use your email address solely to send you news about Untrodd Tales, such as:

  • Updates on our product development.
  • Invitations to events.
  • Notification when products become available.

We do not share this data with advertising companies or data brokers.

4. Where is your data stored?

We use EcoSend to manage our email list. We chose EcoSend specifically because they are a privacy-first, climate-conscious provider.

  • Your data is stored securely on their servers.
  • EcoSend does not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We are proud to say that we do not currently use invasive tracking cookies on this website.

  • Analytics: We use privacy-preserving analytics that do not require personal data or tracking cookies to understand how many people visit our site.
  • No “Big Tech” Tracking: We do not currently use the Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics.

6. Your Rights

You are in control.

  • Unsubscribe: Every email we send contains an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list forever.
  • Access & Delete: If you want to know exactly what info we hold on you, or want us to delete it entirely, please email us at hello@untrodd.com.
